Lead can enhance both the integrity and the overall aesthetics of a roof, so excellent detailing is paramount, which our traditional craftsmen can provide. Lead is a durable material with a typical lifespan of over 60 years. Traditional hand-crafted sand cast lead is used on traditional buildings while milled lead roofing is a mass-produced alternative, used in homes and commercial buildings, as well as for flashings. We also use most lead substitute products, especially if theft could be an issue.
